This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in para no.6(a) in Crl.O.P.No.7157 of 2024 on 02.04.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs only) to the credit of Cr.No.55 of 2024 before the concerned Magistrate within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. On such deposit, the legal heirs of the deceased is permitted to withdraw the said amount by filing necessary affidavit of undertaking before the trial court. All other conditions remain unaltered.
