Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to release the examination result of the petitioner concerning Solar Thermal Technologies [course Code SY7202], M.E., 2nd Semester subject, conducted in February - March 2021, and on such results being declared in case the petitioner fails to secure pass in the subject, direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to appear for Supplementary examination to be conducted in forenoon on 05.07.2021 for the said subject, as per the tentative examination time table released on 09.06.2021. ORDER

1.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents/University has published the results in respect of Solar Thermal Technologies [course Code SY7202], M.E., 2nd Semester subject, on 24.06.2021 [yesterday] and therefore, the relief sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition has now become infructuous.

The learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents/ University also affirmed the same.

In view of the above, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
