This petition has been filed to accept the cause title of the review application substituting the names of the petitioners in the place of the original appellant in the above Review Application Sr.No.53461 of 2023 in W.A.No.176 of 2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

3. The original appellant died on 02.02.2023, leaving behind the petitioners as his legal heirs. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the above petition, this petition, to accept the cause title, is allowed. (J.N.B,J.)
