CRL OP.NO.2349 OF 2015 IN CRL.A.NO.SR18325 OF 2013 RMJ This petition has been filed to grant leave to prefer an appeal against the judgment acquittal acquitting the respondents under section 4 of DP Act, 498(A) & 304 (B) of IPC. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner takes me through the deposition of PW9 to PW11, who are the neighbours of both the parties.

Considering the same, I am of the view that it is a fit case for granting leave. Hence leave granted.
