O R D E R
Petitioner challenges the order of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Erode, passed in M.C.No.60 of 2014 on 14.07.2016.
2. Petitioner and the respondent were married during the year 1986 and they have two daughters and one son. Differences arose between them. Respondent filed M.C.No.60 of 2014 on the file of Principal Judge, Family Court, Erode, seeking maintenance. Court below, under the impugned order, directed the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- p.m. to the respondent. Against such order, this revision has been filed.
3. Heard learned counsel for petitioner.
4. It is admitted position that the petitioner is earning a sum of Rs.25,000/- per month. When such is the case, the order of the Court below directing payment of monthly maintenance in a sum of Rs.5,000/- to the respondent cannot be faulted. The amount awarded by the Court below cannot said to be unjust or unreasonable.

This Criminal Revision is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
