These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 143 days in all the petitions in payment of Deficit Court fee of Rs.12,320/-, Rs.9,140/- and Rs.8,810/- respectively in the above appeals. 2.Upon hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits, the said delay is condoned on payment of costs of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) in each of the petitions to the 'Kaakkum Karangal' (Old age Home) at No.212/54, Amman Kovil Street (near chicken market), Parrys, Chennai 600 001.
