This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to conduct enquiry and register a case in respect of the complaint dated 07.09.2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.
3. On a reading of the complaint, the dispute essentially appears to be between brothers. Further, during the fracas on 01.09.2015, the petitioner's wife sustained injuries. The complaint has been given to the Superintendent of Police and not to the second respondent Police. The petitioner is directed to give a fresh complaint in person to the second respondent along with the medical records and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into in accordance with law.
