Respondent Prayer: Criminal Revision Case filed under section 397 r/w 401 Cr.P.C. to call for the records and set aside the order dated 14.02.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.360 of 2023 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Hosur, consequently pass an order directing the respodnent to release the petitioner's vehicle, Bharat Benz, bearing registration No. TN - 30 - CX - 2058 for interim custody from the respondent police.

ORDER

Challenging the order dated 14.02.2023 passed in Crl.M.P.No.360 of 2023 by the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Hosur, the criminal revision case has been filed.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that with regard to the petitioner's vehicle viz., Bharat Benz, bearing registration No. TN - 30 - CX - 2058, confiscation proceedings has been initiated by the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Krishnagiri District in C.No.120/CONF/DSP/PEW/KGI/2023 dated 01.05.2023, which is pending and notice has been served to the petitioner. 3.In this regard, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to agitate the matter before the confiscation authority. 2/4
