ORDER
This Criminal Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order passed by the District Munsif - cum - Judicial Magistrate, in Crl.M.P.No.451 of 2025, dated 27.02.2026.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the impugned order passed on 27.02.2026 is illegal. The entire transaction is of civil in nature. Therefore, the question of registration of FIR does not arise.
3. However, at this juncture, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that in pursuance to the order dated 27.02.2026, the respondents have registered an FIR No.0064/2026 before the Anaicut Police Station, Cheyyur, Chengalpattu.
4. In view of the subsequent development, this Court is of the firm view that the Criminal Revision Petition is not maintainable. Hence, this Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed, granting liberty to the petitioner to take an appropriate remedy in accordance law. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
