This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police to register the FIR based on the petitioner's complaint vide CSR No.816 of 2019 issued by the Inspector of Police, R7 Police Station, K.K.Nagar, Chennai.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, the petitioner was issued CSR No.816 of 2019 and the same was enquired and closed on 14.11.2019.
