By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This writ petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents to consider the petitioners representation dated 16.03.2026 and direct the 2nd Respondent to Correct the Spouse name in petitioners Husbands Death Certificate dated 29.01.2026 as Sarojini (Wrongly Mentioned) instead of Thulasibai (Correct Name).

3. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner's husband Ramamoorthy died on 29.01.2026, however, in the death certificate, wife name is mentioned as Sarojini instead of Thulasibai, in this regard, the petitioner gave a representation on 16.03.2026 to the respondents 1 to 4, however, the same is pending without consideration till date. Hence, this writ petition.

4. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court without going into the merits of the case directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.03.2026 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law after giving opportunity of hearing to the interested parties, if any. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of six

weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

6. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of.
