Mr.K.Madhan Government Advocate [Crl.side] ****** COMMON ORDER Petitioners are arrayed as accused in cases registered on the file of respondent police viz., (i) Crime No.564 of 2016 for offences u/s.147, 436 r/w 511 IPC @ 147, 153(B), 120(b), 436 r/w 511 IPC and 4 of TNPPDL Act and (ii) Crime No.565 of 2016 for offences u/s.436, 324 r/w 147, 153(B), 120(B), 436, 324 IPC and 4 of TNPPDL Act. Petitioners preferred Crl.M.P.Nos.2628 and 2629 of 2016 on the file of learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore, seeking anticipatory bail. Court below, while granting the relief of anticipatory bail, directed the

petitioners to appear before Erode Town Police Station in respect of Crime No.564 of 2014 and Krishnagiri Town Police Station in respect of Crime No.565 of 2016, daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. Seeking modification of such condition, the present revisions have been filed.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned Government Advocate [Crl.side].

3. Considering the submissions made, this Court modifies the condition requiring the petitioners to appear before Erode Town Police Station in respect of Crime No.564 of 2014 and Krishnagiri Town Police Station in respect of Crime No.565 of 2016 daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders, to one of requiring the petitioners to appear before Mettupalayam Police Station, Coimbatore, daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders, in respect of both cases. In all other aspects, the orders of the Court below shall prevail. Petitioners shall start complying with the present order from 25.11.2016.

These Criminal Revisions are disposed of with the above direction.
