Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in pursuant to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in Letter No.19603/HM2/2010-3, dated 04.08.2011 and quash the same and consequently, to direct the respondents to award Selection Grade and Special Grade to the petitioner in the post of Driver on completion of 10 years and 20 years of service from 04.12.1981 and also to pay the revised scale of pay, revised pensionary benefits and the arrears of pay accrued thereon with all consequential monetary benefits with interest within a stipulated period of time and to pass such further orders as this Court may deem fit and proper. The learned counsel for the petitioner had given a letter to the registry, dated 07-06-2016, seeking to list the matter under the caption "For withdrawal".
