This petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.
3. It is seen that, on a complaint lodged by one Saraswathi and Suresh, petition enquiry is pending against this petitioner.
4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the police for enquiry and at the time of conducting enquiry, the petitioner shall not https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
be harassed. During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent police is free to register an FIR and this order shall not be a shield for the petitioner against arrest.
