ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the respondents herein to pass order to refer the case to the appropriate court as per section 20 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 read with Section 64 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.
2. When this matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the matter has already been referred to the Principal District Court, Tiruvannamalai on 03.05.2023.
3. Since the matter has already been referred before the appropriate Court, no further order is required in this writ petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
