In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the trial Court is directed to complete the trial within the period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
