... Petitioner Original petition praying that this Hon'ble Court that Letters of Administration with the WILL annexed my be granted to him as the own son and the legatee/beneficiary under the WILL of the said deceased having effect limited throughout the state of Tamil Nadu.

This Original Petition coming on this day before this Court for hearing, the Court made the followings order:- "Petitioner seeks issuance of letters of administration with the Will annexed for the Will of Late Muniyammal dated 25.06.2009. The said Muniyammal had died on 06.08.2009.

2. The petitioner has been examined as P.W.1, he has produced the original unregistered Will as Ex.P2, the death certificate of Muniyammal as Ex.P3 and the original legal heirship certificate as Ex.P4. From the legal heirship certificate, it is seen that the petitioner alone is the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ legal heir of the said Muniyammal. The petitioner has

examined one Thilakkumar, who is the attesting witness to the Will as P.W.2. The said Thilakkumar has spoken about the execution of the Will by the testatrix Mrs.Muniyammal, and his attestation by himself and Mr.Ramiah and K.Malakondiah.

3. In view of the said evidence, I find that the petitioner has proved the execution of the Will and is entitled to letters of administration for the Will annexed. Hence, the original petition is allowed granting letters of administration with the Will annexed for the Will dated 25.06.2009 of the deceased Muniyammal in favour of the petitioner. Petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.25,000/-".
