3. The case of the petitioner is that the subject property was granted to the petitioner and four other temples under the Madras Minor Inams Abolition Act, during 1967. It is the grievance of the petitioner that he has submitted a representation on 02.08.2021, to survey and sub divide the said property and demarcate its boundaries. However, the same has not been considered. Hence, the present Writ Petition.
4. Considering the limited relief sought in this writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.08.2021 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation for survey and sub division of the said property and demarcate the boundaries after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. 20.06.2024 gya Index : Yes/No 3/5
