Crl.M.P.Nos.6527 and 6528 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.9977 of 2022 Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN.J, Crl.M.P.No.6527 of 2022 is filed by the petitioners to amend the cause title in respect of discretion of the respondent police as E-4 Mylapore to E-1 and the satisfaction Court as XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai-15 instead of Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai-15. 2.Crl.M.P.No.6528 of 2022 is filed, seeking extension of time to comply with the bail conditions vide order dated 28.04.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.9977 of 2022. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners also prayed that since the petitioners belonged to a fishermen community, the bail condition to execute a surety amount may be reduced from Rs.25000/- to Rs.10,000/-. 4.Considering the facts and circumstance of the case and also taking note of the fact that the petitioners belong to some fishermen community, at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioners to modify the surety amount from Rs.25000/- to Rs.10,000/-, this Court is inclined to modify the bail 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

dk condition in respect of the surety amount. The petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- each instead of Rs.25,000/-.

Amendment regarding the discretion of the respondent police as E1 instead of E4 and the satisfaction Court as XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai-15 instead of Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai-15 is allowed and to comply with the said bail condition time is extended upto 22.06.2022.
