When the matter came up for hearing on 26.11.2025, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence, the matter was directed to be posted under the caption "for dismissal" on 27.11.2025. Even today (27.11.2025), there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in person or through the counsel on record. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. 2. Upon perusal of the record, it is noticed that, subsequent to the cause title of the order dated 27.11.2025 passed in W.P No.11182 of 2020, the prayer portion was inadvertently omitted.
3. In view of the above, the prayer portion shall be placed immediately after the cause title of the order dated 27.11.2025, passed in W.P No.11182 of 2020, as under:
PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.47/2020/MH6 dated 03.01.2020 passed by The Commissioner, Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation, Coimbatore-641 001 the first respondent herein and quash the same with respect to removal of the compound wall, or creating any act of waste or damage to the petitioner's or to their private property at Old No.456, New No.690A, Rangayagowder Street, South Ukkadam comprised in Survey Nos. (T.S.No.1876 to 1888, Ward No.3, Block No.23 to 24 to an extent of (at present 79 cents) and 400 sq.ft.) 6/7
