Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for records, pertaining to the Notification/Advertisement No.4 of 2014 dated 22.07.2014 for direct recruitment of Lecturer Senior Scale (Pre-Law) for Government Law College issued by the Teachers Recruitment Board, Chennai the 2nd respondent herein and quash the same consequently direct the 2nd respondent to conduct recruitment for all eligible Master Decree Holders in their respective Pre-Law Subjects with qualification as per UGC Norms and not mentioning any additional qualification in contravention with UGC Norms.
