Late Govindharaj v. The Tahsildar

This petition has been filed to accept the cause title in the above revision.

2. It is the contention of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that as the petitioner has now attained majority, he may be permitted to prefer this revision as against the Order passed in I.A.No.1 of 2019, by the Sub Judge, Uthangarai.

3. Considering the nature of the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with this petition and taking note of the dispute between the parties, this petition is Ordered.
