ORDER
When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of the writ petition, the Proprietor of the petitioner concern, passed away. A copy of the Death Certificate has been placed on record. Therefore, he fairly submitted that no further adjudication is required and the writ petition may be closed.
2. Recording the above submission, the writ petition stands closed. However, liberty is granted to the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner, who is 2/4
