This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, Triplicane Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.6526 of 2023 by order dated 23.03.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and the investigation is not yet completed.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on everyday at 6.30 p.m., until further orders.
