This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to act upon the representation made by the petitioner wherein the petitioner is seeking for separate patta in her name.

2. Heard Mr.S.Saranraj, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.M.R.Gokulkrishnan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the communication that has already been sent by the second respondent dated 29.01.2025, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If there are any other interested parties, notice shall be issued to them before passing final orders.
