ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed to relax modified condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.131 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.26944 of 2019 on 08.01.2020 to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.No.131 of 2020 dated 08.01.2020, the petitioner has been complying with the conditions and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition imposed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the condition regularly.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.131 of 2020 dated 08.01.2020 is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the responded police as and when required for interrogation.

5. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
