The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to grant an admission to the petitioner in Class VII either in the 2nd or 3rd Respondent's School.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that at this length of time, the issue has become infructuous and he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and he has also made an endorsement in the court bundle to that effect.

3. In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
