Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider and pass orders on the representation dated 6.5.2015 made by the petitioner relating to granting of retirement benefits such as Employees Provident Fund, Gratuity and Earned Leave Salary to the petitioner within the time to be stipulated fixed by this Court.
