Though the Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to change the name of the Trust, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied, if a direction is issued to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.10.2017 and subsequent representations within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. Considering the nature of prayer that is now sought before this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's case, this Court directs the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.10.2017 and subsequent representations and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
