ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is unnecessarily harassed by the respondent, in connection with the criminal case which the petitioner has no connection. Therefore, this petition.

3. When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that now there is no petition enquiry or FIR pending against the petitioner.

4. Considering the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that there is no petition enquiry or FIR pending against the petitioner and that petitioner is not required in connection with any enquiry, this Court is of the view that no further order need to be passed in this petition.
