The relief sought in the present writ petition is to direct the second respondent herein to forthwith comply with the direction issued by the first respondent by his order dated 28.06.2016 in No.J5/517/2014.

2. The learned Government Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that as per the direction given by the first respondent in the aforesaid order dated 28.06.2016, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

name of late Mr.P.Damodharan Pillai has been restored in the Revenue Records leaving it open to the respective parties to approach the Competent Civil Court for appropriate relief and therefore, no further orders are required in this matter.

3. The aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Counsel appearing for the respondents has been fairly conceded by the petitioner's counsel.
