ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The dual prayer made in this petition was for the representation of the petitioner dated 31.07.2013 to be disposed of qua the illegal operating Mills of wood based industries and to take action to close down the same.

2. The subsequent development has been that the representation has been acted upon and 32 Mills in question have been closed down. It is stated by the learned Additional Advocate General that in fact vigilance cases have been registered against the officers who were found at fault. The investigation is on. He further states that leaving aside 32 Mills, in fact, in that course, many more Mills were found to be operating which have also been closed down. In view of the aforesaid stand, which is taken on record, the relief itself worked out and the writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2013 is closed.
