PRAYER:

Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the impugned notification issued by the 4th

respondent dated 09.11.2019 in Na.Ka.No.982/2018/OoAa3 and its consequential letter issued by the 4th respondent in Na.Ka.No.OoAa3/3275/2019 dated 04.08.2020 in so far as S1.No.1, Kilvillivalam Village Panchayat and quash the same, consequently direct the respondents to issue fresh notification and appoint village panchayat secretary of the 5th respondent panchayat as per the rules.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. He has also submitted a letter to the Registry dated 22.11.2021 to withdraw this writ petition.

2. In view of the letter submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
