Original petition praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased that she may be allowed to prove the will in common forms, and that probate thereof, to have effect throughout the State of Tamil Nadu, may be granted to her. This Original Petition coming on this day before this Court for hearing, the Court made the followings https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ order:- The petitioner seeks issuance of probate with the Will

dated 04.02.2013 executed by the deceased M. Madhuram, who died on 17.11.2017.

2. The petitioner has been appointed as an executor under the Will, she has been examined as P.W.1. Apart from producing the Will as Ex.P2, she has produced the death certificate of Late M.Madhuram as Ex.P3. She has also examined one T.R.Ramesh as P.W.2 and he has deposed to the execution of the Will by the testatrix and its attestation by himself and one K.R.Gayathri. The 1st and 2nd respondents have filed their consent affidavits expressing their no objection for grant of probate in favour of the petitioner.

3. Considering the above, I am satisfied that the petitioner has proved the execution of the Will and is entitled to grant of probate in the original petition. Hence, the original petition is allowed granting probate with the Will dated 04.02.2013 executed by the deceased M.Madhuram, in favour of the petitioner.
