Respondents (Both Cases) Appeals filed under Order 36 Rule 1 of O.S.Rules read with clause 15 of Letters Patent against the order dated 22.03.2021 made in O.A.Nos.712 and 713 of 2020 in C.S.No.381 of 2020. In O.A.712/2020 : Original Application praying this Court to pass An order of Ad interim restraining the respondents from interfering with the applicants functioning from the office premises of the 1st Applicant union allotted to it by the 4th Respondent bank or from in any manner giving effect to any decision or resolution passed in illegal gathering of officers on 04/03/2020 at the behest of the 3rd respondent pending disposal of the above suit.

In O.A.713/2020 : Original Application praying this Court to pass an order of Ad interim restraining the respondents from interfering with the functioning of the duly elected office bearers of the Applicant union elected on 03/03/2020 and in particular from continuing to interfere with the operating of the 1st Applicants bank account numbers 201030516 (savings account), 712461714, 712461736, 712518537, 71432699 (FD) held with the 4th Respondent bank and carrying out their various functions pending the disposal of the suit No.381/220. 3. In view of the above, the original side appeals stand dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
