Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ or Order or Direction in the nature of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to reconvey the petitioner's property being land situate in S.No.20/1, 20/3, and 26/3 No.84, Perumal Agaram Village, Ambattur Taluk, Thiruvallur, District, measuring an extent of 35.4 cents, under Section 101 of Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement, Act, 2013 (Central Act 30 of 2013).
