Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this Writ Petition and rightly so for the reason that the petitioner has filed replies to the show cause notice and hence it is appropriate that the matters are left to the Assessing Authority to complete the assessment in accordance with law and in line with the principles of natural justice. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In light of endorsement made, this Writ Petition and the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.
