(CRL.M.P.NOS.7492/2021 IN CRL.O.P.2176/2021) (ii) To extend the time in making the payment as per the directions of this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.2176 of 2021, dated 19-02.2021 and permit the petitioner to make the payment as per the payment schedule submitted by the Petitioner to the Respondent on 02.09.2021 and pass such other and further orders. (CRL.M.P.No.9136/2021 IN CRL.O.P.NO.2176/2021) Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S N.P.KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner (CRL.M.P.NOS.7492/2021 IN CRL.O.P.2176/2021) and of M/S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR, Advocate for petitioner (CRL.M.P.No.9136/2021 IN CRL.O.P.NO.2176/2021) and of MR.R.KRISHNA KUMAR, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent (CRL.M.P.NOS.7492/2021 IN CRL.O.P.2176/2021) and of MR.A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) Advocate on behalf of the Respondent (CRL.M.P.No.9136/2021 IN CRL.O.P.NO.2176/2021)the court made the following order:-

Crl.M.P.No.7492 of 2021 has been filed, seeking to cancel the bail order dated 19.02.2021 granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2176 of 2021, by the respondent in Crl.O.P.No.2176 of 2021. 2.Crl.M.P.No.9136 of 2021 has been filed, seeking to extend the time for making the payment as per the order of this Court dated 19.02.2021 made in Crl.O.P.No.2176 of 2021 and to permit the petitioner to make the payment as per the schedule submitted by the petitioner to the respondent on 02.09.2021, by the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.2176 of 2021.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.7492 of 2021 submits that as against the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2176 of 2021 on 19.02.2021, the respondent/ accused has filed Special Leave Petition before the Hon'ble Apex Court in S.L.P.No.2666 of 2021 and the same is pending. 4.Since the issue involved is pending before the Hon'ble Apex Court in S.L.P.No.2666 of 2021, Crl.M.P.No.7492 of 2021 seeking to cancel the bail order dated 19.02.2021 made in Crl.O.P.No.2176 of 2021 is closed. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to file appropriate petition after disposal of the Special Leave petition if so advised.

5.In view of the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.7492 of 2021, this Court is not inclined to pass any order in Crl.M.P.No.9136 of 2021 and the same is accordingly closed.
