This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction directing the 4th respondent to release the petitioner's vehicle and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 to initiate disciplinary action against 4th respondent based on petitioner's representation dated 04.05.2022 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.M.Selvam, learned counsel appearing for petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and he has also made endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
