This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register a F.I.R. on the basis of the complaint dated 03.09.2015 given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. It is seen that on the complaints dated 29.08.2015 and 03.09.2015, the respondent Police have conducted the enquiry and having closed on the ground that the complainant had not produced sufficient materials; and in the closure report it is stated that, if https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

sufficient materials are produced, action will be taken against the accused.

4. In view of the above, the petitioner/complainant is directed to submit the materials to justify the allegations in the complaints and on such materials being submitted, the respondent Police shall re-open the complaints and take action accordingly. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
