Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the revision petitioner died long back and, therefore, nothing survives in the petition.

2. The petitioner has preferred this revision only as against the dismissal of the petition filed under Section 45 of the Indian Evidence Act seeking to forward the original cheques to inspect the age different of inks and material alteration in date of the cheques and other remarks.

Since it is submitted that the revision petitioner died long back and also the fact that it is filed only as against the dismissal of Section 45 of the Evidence Act, the Criminal Revision case is closed as nothing survives in the petition.
