This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e., 1st day of every month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.14437 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.6842 of 2023 dated 12.09.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and the charge sheet has been filed, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
