Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition modified in Crl.MP.No.6461/2020 in Crl.OP.No.10999/2020 dated 29.10.2020, on condition the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30a.m until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.JAYACHANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. C.E.PRATAP, Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- By earlier order dated 29.10.2020, this Court had enlarged the petitioners on anticipatory bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioners could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 29.10.2020 stands relaxed. All other conditions remain unaltered.
