This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.4414 of 2023 dated 02.03.2023, passed by this Court to report before the respondent Police, daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition 6(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4414 of 2023 dated 02.03.2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
