The matter is listed today under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has made an endorsement in the Court bundle to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a civil suit for the subject issue. But erroneously, the liberty as prayed for has not been granted. Therefore, now he prayed for such a liberty and the same may be incorporated in the said order.

3. Considering the aforesaid submission, the order dated 07.04.2026 is modified and substituted with the following paragraphs:- When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seek permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and to that effect, he has made an endorsement in the bundle.

2. Recording the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a civil suit in the manner known to law. No costs.

4. Registry is directed to carry out aforesaid corrections and issue fresh order copy to the parties.
