CR.NO. 143 OF 2018 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl.O.P.no. 16374 of 2018 dated 29.06.2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.DHANASEKAR Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. C.IYYAPPARAJ, ADDL. PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioner has filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16374 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 342, 448, 294(b), 323, 324, 397 and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.143 of 2018, while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court for the past 31 days. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
