When it is pointed out that neither any part of the cause of action nor the seat of authority of any of the Respondent falls under the territorial limits of jurisdiction of this Court to entertain the Writ Petition, the Petitioner, who has appeared party-in-person, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to approach the jurisdictional High Court. He has also made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. No costs.
