The petitioner seeks issuance of succession certificate in respect of the securities standing in the name of her father M.G.Muthu Krishnan, who died on 20.09.2016.

2. According to the petitioner, she is the only daughter of the deceased M.G.Muthu Krishnan. M.Santhanalakshmi, wife of M.G.Muthu Krishnan/mother of the petitioner died on 31.01.2017. The petitioner has been examined as P.W.1, she has produced the death certificates of her parents as Exs.P1 and P2. Ex.P4, the legal heirship certificate of the deceased M.G.Muthu Krishnan shows that she is the only legal heir.

3. Considering the above evidence, the original petition is allowed granting succession certificate in respect of the securities mentioned in the schedule to the petition in favour of the petitioner.
