Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition in para 6(a) in Crl.OP.No.10254 of 2021 dated 11.06.2021 as to deposit the Demand Draft of Rs.5,00,000/- in the concerned Court (The Judicial Magistrate No.2, Salem) and directed the Defacto complainant is directed to receive the said Demand Draft from the concerned court instead of the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs only) to the deceased family directly by way of Demand Draft.
