CRIME NO.107 OF 2021.

Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by its order dated 27.04.2021 made in Crl.OP.No.6458 of 2021 viz. "the petitioner on his release from prison shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m." until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SATHISH RAJAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The present petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Clause 6(b) of the order dated 27.04.2021 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6458 of 2021.

2. This Court, vide order dated 27.04.2021 directed the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4. In the above circumstances, this petition is allowed by modifying the condition that till filing of the charge sheet, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m, and thereafter, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned court on each and every hearing dates at 10.30 a.m, until further orders. Except the above modification condition, all other conditions imposed by this Court in its order dated 27.04.2021 stand unaltered.
